This is a night-shift role keeping complex automated manufacturing equipment running, robotics, PLCs, vision systems, conveyors, and assembly machines. You'll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems on production lines and get equipment back online with minimal downtime. It's built for an experienced automation technician who can troubleshoot complex systems independently.
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotics, PLCs, vision systems, conveyors, and assembly machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools
- Execute repairs, adjustments, and modifications to restore functionality and improve performance
- Operate and program industrial robots and other automated systems
- Assist with installing, setting up, and commissioning new equipment and production lines
