This company is seeking a Crane Maintenance Technician who demonstrates high levels of honesty, integrity, and ownership in everything they do. This role supports the coordination and execution of safely maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading all overhead and mobile cranes. What You'll Do:

• Perform certified crane inspections, which includes inspecting ropes and gearboxes, adding oil, and greasing components.
• Answer trouble calls to troubleshoot and repair electrical or mechanical failures on overhead and mobile gantry cranes.
• Safely troubleshoot industrial systems while working at heights, in confined spaces, and around overhead cranes.
• Read and utilize mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals to diagnose and fix heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Work a rotating schedule consisting of four days on and four days off, transitioning between day and night shifts.
• This role requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and unscheduled overtime.

What You Need:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or military experience is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Core Skills: Industrial Electrical and Mechanical experience with multi-craft capability. Must be comfortable working on up to 480V electrical systems, rigging, and mechanical components.
• Bonus Skills: Prior overhead crane maintenance, safe rigging practices, and welding/fabrication experience are highly preferred.
• Note: Experience with PLCs and VFDs is preferred but not mandatory to be hired for this role.
