Job Description

As an Electronics Technician with this company you will perform troubleshooting, analysis, calibration, monitoring, and repair of a variety of electric and electronic control equipment to optimize system effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting electrical schematics, performing root cause problem identification, and repairing components like variable frequency drives, PLCs, motors, servo motion controllers, and solid sensors. You will troubleshoot Fanuc robots, performing minor touchups on robotic programs as needed. You will need to have a very strong understanding of Ladder logic to be successful in an interview for this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of related job experience, heavily emphasizing electronic/electrical/controls equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Working knowledge of control systems, typically acquired through 6 years of experience in the installation, inspection, testing, and repair of electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
  • High school diploma plus 2 years of college and/or trade school or military training.
  • Must have PLC troubleshooting experience and understand ladder logic.
  • Experience with 24V low voltage up to 480V high voltage.
