Put your military technical training to work in a hands-on role where your skills matter from day one. We're looking for a sharp, reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep critical production equipment running at full capacity — this is a mission-critical position with real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic systems
• Work with PLCs, motors, electrical circuits, and industrial-sized boiler/steam systems
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to expansion and cost-saving projects
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts; work comfortably at heights and outdoors

• Associate's degree from a technical college OR 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFD's, motors, and hydraulic systems
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for a consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule
