As a maintenance technician with this company, under minimal supervision, you will need to perform expert-level mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on heavy industrial production machinery. You will need to show you have the ability to operate equipment in order to diagnose root causes of failure, dismantles defective units, replace or repair mechanical and electrical components, and test equipment performance prior to restarting production.
You must have the ability to diagnose and repair 480V 3-phase circuits, motor control centers, relays, contactors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
You will also need strong communication skills as you will be collaborating with maintenance leadership to optimize PM schedules, source necessary replacement parts, and maintain safety and 5S housekeeping standards.
