As a Maintenance Technician with this company, you will routinely performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. A heavy emphasis is placed on diagnosing electrical malfunctions, working with 480V systems, and troubleshooting PLCs. You will also handle general mechanical repairs, including bearing removal and installation, component rebuilds, and basic hydraulics. On a day to day basis you will be responding to immediate production line breakdowns, documenting work logs, maintaining parts inventory, and collaborating with production and quality departments to support continuous improvement.

Electrical Expertise: Must be proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V, including PLCs, relays, and contactors.

Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with component rebuilds, setups, tolerances, bearing installation, and basic hydraulics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to immediate production line breakdowns.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Must be able to pass a forklift test and a respirator fit test.

Must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, work at elevated heights of approximately 30 feet, and tolerate varying temperature extremes, dust, and fumes.

Minimum of two years of maintenance experience preferred (Two-year technical degree is a plus).
