What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to maximize uptime
• Operate shop machinery (drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch) and a wide variety of hand and power tools
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, DC drives, 3-phase motors, and 480V and below electrical systems
• Manage work orders using a CMMS and maintain accurate parts inventory
• Drive continuous improvement by applying a preventive maintenance mindset across all equipment

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or related field)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems: gearboxes, motors, compressors, pumps, and drives
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or craft certifications a plus
