The Plant Maintenance Manager organizes and coordinates maintenance programs at the Henderson, NV facility. This includes managing a small teams of 3 maintenance personnel on both preventive and repair maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. As the Maintenance Manager you will also maintain proper documentation for all maintenance activities, including work requests, work orders, parts inventory, parts requisitions, and equipment information.

Additionally, this is a hands on maintenance role that involves coordinating and performing repairs and installations on various equipment types, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems. This encompasses PLCs, VFDs, networks, computers, pumps, blowers, compressors, piping systems, gauges, and various types of process equipment commonly used in the industrial water and air pollution industry.

You will also assist in coordinating all site subcontracting, which includes facilitating bids for prospective work, contracting out the work, and overseeing subcontractors during their tasks.

• Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in industrial, domestic wastewater, chemical, or manufacturing plant maintenance.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (including Siemens automation platforms) is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds, and perform work outdoors in inclement weather.
• Welding, fabrication, general construction, or heavy equipment operation ability is a plus, as is 40-hour OSHA training.
