The Production Supervisor is a frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing 30 to 40 plant operators in a 24/7 industrial manufacturing facility. While ensuring equipment efficiency and production workflows are maintained, the true core of this position is people leadership: driving floor safety, establishing absolute accountability, building cross-shift trust, and actively coaching a developing workforce. Manufacturing process specifics will be taught; the plant requires a disciplined, high-integrity leader who can make decisive calls under pressure.They are prioritizing strong leadership skills, someone with high integrity, discipline, and the ability to coach young employees. They emphasized the need for a leader who can effectively communicate and build trust across different shifts and team members—specifically the ability to hold employees accountable, drive safety, and coach and develop a team—over specific manufacturing experience, as the team believes the process side can be taught

• Frontline Leadership: Directly manage, schedule, and lead a shift team of 30 to 40 production personnel. Drive a plant culture rooted in discipline, high integrity, and personal accountability.
• Safety & Standards Enforcement: Maintain strict compliance with all local, state, and federal OSHA regulations. Enforce safety protocols, including mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) adherence.
• Coaching & Development: Actively mentor a primarily young civilian workforce, conducting necessary tough conversations to correct deficiencies and reduce turnover while building rapport.
• Shift Administration: Deliver clear, concise shift progress and performance reports to site leadership.
• Night Shift Extra Duty (Night Shift Only): Provide direct supervisory support and management oversight to a night-shift maintenance crew of approximately four technicians during hours when the primary maintenance supervisor is off-site.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams of 20 to 30+ individuals in fast-paced or high-pressure environments. Transitioning military leaders (Senior NCOs or Officers) are highly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven leadership maturity and discipline are strictly prioritized over a four-year Bachelor's degree.
• Technical Aptitude: Previous maintenance experience, familiarity with safe machinery operation, or the ability to utilize electrical/mechanical schematics is highly advantageous but not a must have.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of bridging communication gaps between plant floor operators and senior management.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English required; bilingual capabilities in Spanish are strongly preferred but not a must have.
